1. You must be a citizen of INDIA.
2. You should have your own mobile phone and phone number.
3. You should have a respectable manner for taking any service from service providers.
4. You can ask only for listed services and assign the service to the concerned service provider. If you want something else, give us your suggestions and feedback at our official mail and contact addresses.
5. You have to pay for services to the service providers. The company does not ask for any charges from service receivers.
6. You may bargain for service charges with service providers. This is your mutual concern; the company will not interfere between service receiver and service provider.
7. You are advised to take services in front of you. The company will not bear any kind of losses or damage costs.
8. Verify the Service Provider in your own way; you may check their Aadhar card.
9. The Company’s* responsibility is only to provide you with a convenient online portal. The Company* is not bound to provide any guaranteed service or any other kind of incurred costs to you.
10. In case of any kind of accident or mishap, immediately report to the nearest law and order authority or police station.
11. The Company* HUMSHAYA ONLINE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD reserves all rights to add, change, or terminate any of the above terms, either temporarily or permanently.
