Before registering on our portal www.humshaya.com as a service provider, you will need to the following things

1. You must be a citizen of INDIA.
2. You should have your own Aadhar card.
3. You must have your own mobile and mobile number.
4. You must be above 18 years of age.
5. You should be able to interact with your customers* in a respectful manner.
6. You will have to bear the cost of traveling to and from the service recipient*. The company* will not pay you for your travel expenses.
7. After providing the service, you will have to receive the service charge as per your convenience. It may be in cash form or digital form too.
8. The Company’s* responsibility is only to provide you with a convenient online portal. The Company* is not bound to provide any guaranteed service or any other kind of incurred costs to you.
9. You should have complete knowledge and experience of the service under which you want to register. The Company* is not responsible for making any kind of payment or compensation to you in case of any loss or risk incurred during rendering of the service.
10. In case of any kind of accident or mishap, immediately report to the nearest law and order protector body or police station.
11. The Company* HUMSHAYA ONLINE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD reserves all rights to add, change, or terminate any of the above terms, either temporarily or permanently.
